Absolutely fantastic. The two owners knew us by name upon entering (its only a small place, but still makes you feel special) and sat us down with tea and biscuits. I discovered this excellent boutique hotel at a great price after trying several in Torquay. I stay for a night every fortnight or so for work. Always made to feel welcome.
