Clean. Friendly yet unobtrusive staff. Excellent value for money. Will definitely revisit. Excellent location away from party scene in Torquay but walking distance to babbacombe downs. Lovely quiet rooms.

Stayed one night and I really enjoyed... Even though I was in March and couldn't enjoy facilities such as the swimming pool... clean room, very comfortable bed and really nice home-made English breakfast... really nice hotel if you are around Torquay...
