I have been to this hotel three times now for New Year. Barry, Heidi and the gang welcome you back and treat you as part of their family. The hotel is in a quiet spot but an enjoyable walk along the beach isn't far away and 5 mins from the town centre. This management team will ensure you have everything... More

Just returned from this Hotel, and it was very much in need of renovation. The room I had was very small around 7ft wide and very battered furniture and old blankets rather than Duvets on the bed which you would expect in this day and age. Although functional everything was indeed very basic. The food also was very cheap and... More

We visited this hotel with my mum and dad in May and plan to return on the 17/10/2011 I cannot believe that people have called the managers grumpy etc as they could not have done more for us on our visit.Do people realise paying for a holiday does not mean they are buying a bit of the individuals that run... Good location, in a quiet road about a five minute walk to the seafront. Lovely big room with sea view, flat screen digital TV and comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, with sauna, gym and evening entertainment. Food was good and plentiful. Staff were lovely. I am sure we will be returning. More

Our room was clean and tidy, the hotel itself really needs refurbishing, the conservatory seating was a bit shabby and didn't smell clean, and the roof leaked.-but as a base is fine. The food and restaurant staff were beyond reproach, excellent. Some of the management could do with a refresher course on 'guest interaction'...may try again in couple years. More

Just had a weeks holiday with Robinsons Holidays, Gt Harwood at this their own hotel. We had a super room by the side of the outdoor pool, which was fine. Cleaned every day. The food was FABULOUS with four choices for every course of every meal. Breakfast was 8.30am and Dinner 6.30pm with no flexibility but this meant the food... More

This was our 3rd british holiday with my father who is 87 years young this year and we go on coach holidays mainly for his benefit as we prefer at our younger age to travel further afield abroad on package holidays fly/cruise or fly/stay as we enjoy warmer weather than my father does. On a previous Robinson UK coach holiday... More
