Stayed again last night here for just £50 room only. Last time had breakfast but it was a typical hotel Sunday morning scramble so this time did not pay extra for breakfast. Good friendly check in and everything in the room as expected. Free car parking and easy access to the city, about 10 mins to University. more

Excellent rooms-large,well presented, very clean and well sound proofed. The weekend rate offers excellent value. Staff very helpful although bar and restaurant staff in the evening a little slow. Lovely food in the restaurant and an ok but generous breakfast. more

Stayed here for an overnight before a business meeting. The hotel itself is very spacious with lots of parking, wide corridors and large rooms (in my case, with two king size beds). Restaurant on site offered a much different selection than the usual Hotel Menu - particularly good if you like seafood. My only small complaints would be the attitude... more

recently stayed three days at the future hotel, initially had trouble finding it with the satnav as the postcode given directs you elsewhere, lovely hotel the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Equally clean and comfortable, you will find the toilet behind the open bathroom door - the door acts two ways to serve the bathroom and seperate toilet area.... more
