Visited my son who is at university, great location, hotel clean, beds comfortable but very dated and needs refurb. Object to having to pay for wifi and parking. Woken up at 530am by bin men ! Staff efficient but not friendly.

Booked into this hotel as a convenient location at go to a concert at Plymouth Pavilions. Discovered that it was overbooked. Staff helpful in providing taxis etc to venue from the hotel we were re-located to -Furies Inn on the International business park. Turned out to be a better deal but more by fault than design.
