The Mayflower is just what you need, a well-priced, friendly and clean B&B close to everything you need. Helen & Patrick are very hospitable and the rooms are a good size and very clean. The breakfast is great too, although the serving times are a bit restrictive being from only 8am - 9am. As with all of Plymouth's little streets... More

We have stayed at the Mayflower on various occasions over the past 3 years, most recently being a week ago. We are always made very welcome, the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast in the morning is always good. The location of the Mayflower is great as you are a 5 minute walk from Barbican, Hoe and city centre.... More

I have stayed at the Mayflower three times since October 2011 as my son is at Plymouth university and I've been visiting him. During each stay I have been made most welcome. The rooms are clean and the breakfasts are lovely with a good choice. Helen and Patrick are very helpful. They remembered me on my second and third visits,... More

We have used the Mayflower for a few years now after using others in Plymouth. This is the best by far. The hosts are friendly and extemely helpful and provide you with any help and assistance you need. We have booked again for our next visit and highly recommend it. More

We have been using the Mayflower for several years and are never disappointed. Warm welcome, clean rooms and a good breakfast what else could you ask for. Easy walk to the Barbican and city centre. More

I have been using the Mayflower hotel for the last five years, the welcome is always warm and friendly every time I come to Plymouth. The breakfasts are good, rooms are clean and tidy. Location is great as very near to the Barbican/Citadel. I will be using again next time I visit Plymouth. More

Mayflower was recommended to me by its neighbouring B&B The Four Seasons, which was due to be closed the weekend I was planning my visit to my old university town. I booked a single room with private facilities but was given a double en suite for no extra charge. The room was charming, the welcome was warm and I was... More

I have stayed in this guest house many times over recent years and have always received a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and up to date as well as being warm and comfortable. Each room that I have stayed in has all expected accessories, ie. flat screen TV, WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. The location is excellent... More

I have stayed at the 'Mayflower Guest House' for a total time of about a month on several occasions over 2011. The guest house was charming and the 3- 4 different rooms that I have stayed in were very comfortable and clean. The 'Mayflower' has a great location for exploring Plymouth, the Barbican and the Hoe on foot. It was... More
