Stayed for a couple of nights earlier this month and thought this was a nice place. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The owners were very welcoming and provided a nice breakfast. About a 15 minute walk to town and 10 minutes to Plymouth Argyle Football Stadium. More

I've been there twice, and each time i felt like at home. The rooms are always ready, well furnished and absolutely clean. The owners are very polite and friendly, and their full english breakfast is simply the best! If i'll come back in Plymouth i certenly back there. Absolutely recommended!! More

Its only every now and then you find a great B&B / Guest house like this. Friendly welcome, clean, comfy, not noisy. Breakfast quick, tasty and delivered with a smile. They were extremely helpful and friendly as we got there very late, we were shown straight to our room and told where we need to be for breakfast.
