We had a smallish room with various nice touches, such as hand cream, biscuits and cakes. Good free wifi. Reasonably priced. Hosts friendly (but we gather they are trying to sell the business). Slight irritation that breakfast has to be ordered the night before, together with a time slot.

We enjoyed our stay at the Denes Guest House very much. The atmosphere was very friendly, and Sally and John were the best possible hosts. Very helpful. The room was immaculate and your every need had been accounted for. When we go back to Lynton, we will definately book here again. Made our holiday great.

We stayed here for two nights, perfect place to start your trips into Exmoore. The owners were very friendly and helpful, especially when we planed our walking activities.
