Been here a number of times and will certainly be going back again. Rooms wonderful, spotlessly clean and warm, great breakfasts to start your day, evening meals always good too but best of all is the excellent hosts who are always friendly and willing to help with any information needed about the area

We stayed for a weekend at Ingleside in October. The Hotel was clean, warm, welcoming, great breakfasts, our stay was very comfortable. We walked all over the area, up the river along to County Gates and down back along the south west coast path, then next day day walked up to Hollerday Hill, along to the Valley of the Rocks,... We spent two nights at Ingleside in September. Our room on the top floor was clean, comfortable and had a fabulous view of Lynton/Lynmouth. Keith and Diane were very welcoming and friendly. Lynton/Lynmouth are beautiful areas to explore by foot and a trip on the cliff railway is a must. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs for an evening ale.... More

My husband and i stayed for three nights and were made to feel very welcome. There was a great selection at breakfast, and as i'm on a coeliac diet i had previously emailed to ask if they could accomodate my diet, which they happiy did. Breakfast 8.15- 9.15am was a little early for us, but that is personal preference, but... More

...though you will want to stay longer! There is so much to do in Lynton/Lynmouth if you like walking, taking the cliff railway and cream teas! ;) Our stay was for 2 nights, with breakfast cooked fresh on the Aga each morning. The Breakfast selection was the norm (cereals, cooked brekkie, toast etc - just what was needed!) with pancakes... More

We stayed here for two nights as a weekend away. We were very pleased with the accommodation. We stayed in the Lyn valley view room, which has amazing views of the valley, its also a very spacious room with comfy arm chairs and a decent bed. The whole guest house has wifi, which is excellent as Vodafone have no signal... More

We stayed here for two nights whilst attending a wedding on the Saturday. Diana & Keith could not be more accommodating, friendly or helpful. The room was fantastic, spotless, full of character and far better than we expected for the cost. The breakfast did not disappoint either. They could charge a lot more than they do. We are already planning... More

We spent 4 nights at Ingleside and we had the evening meals as well. Everything was "top class", the food ,the environment ,the rooms, and Diana and Keith were delightful hostess and host, always willing to go the extra mile to please. This was one of the best walking breaks we have had.

The rooms are comfortable with an excellent bed and well appointed ensuites. The comfortable sitting room was a great way to relax and had a delightful jigsaw to tempt the relaxing traveller. The town is a two minute walk down the hill. Great place to stay.
