We found this guest house just looking around the pretty habour & the the locations,The captain's house Beautiful accomodations very clean, airy, tidy,interesting building on the edge of the river.Unique settings,beautiful gardens and walking distance to the harbour,restaurants & shops etc..we love to come back again very soon.

Warm cosy bedrooms excellent location,best in Lynmouth we reckon very friendly hosts,Most welcoming,and ample cooked breakfast to boot.We coudn't fault this guest house.We ordered some packed lunches for the day which we enjoyed during our long walk. the food is very tasty and generous portions,will definitely stay here again hopefully next spring.
