Nice small hotel, victorian style where my wife and stayed when visiting our daughter at Exeter University. It is close to the city centre but the main advantage for us was that we were able to take our dogs. Rooms comfortable and clean and the full english breakfast was simply fantastic! the b&b was very easy to find and close to the centre. The family running the the b&b were very friendly and welcoming. The room could have done with some updating, however the bed was comfortable. More
