We've been staying at the Forest Inn for quite a few years with our dogs and have always enjoyed the traditional nature of it and the great location. Sam and the staff were very welcoming during a recent quick stopover and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Will be back soon!

We have stayed here many years ago and the hotel has certainly started to improve under new management. This is a lovely place to stay to explore Dartmore. Best thing we like is that dogs are made welcome...............even getting a sausage at breakfast! Rooms are comfortable and clean, food good and drink plentiful.
