Stayed here on a walking holiday for 4 nights. The place is located perfect for this. The staff and manager esp go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food is wonderful. Would recomend if looking to stay in Dartmoor just for the grounds and surrounding area. More

We stayed for a friends wedding and we pleasantly surprised at the beautiful grounds. The gardens are lovely! Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the rooms. oh dear oh dear oh dear. The team here really need to get their act together. We arrived for lunch (reservation) at 1pm.
