This was not a B & B as the facility is in the room with a toaster , fridge and kettle. Cutlery and tray.For the Price a proper served breakfast would have been excellent. With hindsight would have enjoyed a communal Breakfast so would not book on room only basis. More

Stayed in the room at the front and found the place to be as wonderful as described in previous reviews (every word is true). We stayed for 2 nights in June and found it a great base from which to explore the town. Very central, its only a few minutes walk from the harbour on one side or Porthmeor Beach on the other. Roy is a great host, and we were very happy with our stay. More

Very hospitable. Was met at station by Roy. View from room was amazing, the room itself was spacious. Lovely bathroom with separate shower. Location was quiet, couple of minutes walk from beaches and town centre. Hosts were good, no fuss, and took me back to the station at the end of my stay. More

Travelled to St Ives for a wedding. Roy greeted us at the front of the property and offered to assist with our belongings.
