Like the previous reviewer, we also stayed in the Mousehole room. The bathroom was beautiful! The whole house is really elegant and Mark and Fenella are lovely. The house is very near Carbis Bay beach and train station (where you can catch the train to St Ives centre, £1 each way and only 5 mins ride away with great views... more

fantastically stuled B&B close to beach. Loved snug, friendly service, breakfast. Our room was tiny (mousehole) but the bathroom was massive so that made up for it and it had a lovely cast iron bath. Loved the carrot cake (best I've ever eaten) and would wholeheartedly recommend it! Go to Porthminster Cafe for dinner too - it was great. more

Have just returned from a thoroughly needed relaxing break at Headland House, from the very first moment we pulled up in the car park we were so pleased if first impressions are anything to go by we knew we were onto a good thing, tropical palms, lovely lawned garden with double hammock, decking with settees, we were greeted by Fenella... more

On arrival we were greeted by our host Fenella who was really friendly.She showed us our room and wow the views were fantastic. The room was light and decorated to a high standard. Just to reiterate all the other reviews,an unbeatable place to stay-there are many top end hotels who could learn a thing or two from Headland house.-Mark and Fenella could not be more helpful,and their restaurant recommendations were spot on-my wife and I have already booked our next stay. more
