We found this hotel very easily as we drove into St Ives and there was car parking right outside the front of the hotel, a rarity in St Ives and worth its weight in gold. Great staff, great service,excellent deal on evening meal but overall the staff really do care and all of them perform well above their pay grades. The Breakfast selection and choice is at 5 Star standard and I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to anyone. More

My daughter and I stayed in a twin room in December and generally thought the hotel was fair value at GBP75/night. Not great, but not bad either. Pros - the location, the friendly staff, the price, easy parking Cons - brown water out of the hot tap in both the shower and handbasin, dirty bedspreads. More
