Just returned from a four night break at the Seaview Holiday Resort, polperro. We travelled as a group of family and friends and had a variety of accommodation,Eden,Poldark and Diamond caravans. The Diamond caravans were well worth the extra money as were brand new, very spacious and benefited from heating in every room unlike the others, however even the cheaper caravans were spotlessly clean. The entertainment... First impression site is in prime position and views are amazing. Then it goes horribly wrong. May have been a budget van, but even so, rips and stains in the carpet, food left under the sink and the stench from the toilet I had to buy cleaning products before it could be used. Dog ball under the bed. The smell... More

i'm not going to write a massive review but here it is in a nutshell: The caravan was lovely but chilly as no heating in the bedrooms (brrrrrrrr!). The clubhouse, loos, shop, laundry room, reception and pool were all lovely and clean, fresh and modern. Captain crumble is this parks biggest asset and was amazing with the kids....and grown-ups! The... More

We booked a late deal for a chalet and for what we paid I cannot fault this holiday park The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier, the swimming pool was lovely with a great life guard and was not over busy. The park in general was quite quiet but it has really good children's entertainment (get there early... More

For the last 6 years my son and I have enjoyed cheap breaks away once/twice a year through special newspaper deals and nowhere so far have I found a caravan park that I would pay full price for BUT Seaview potentially comes pretty close having returned from there today after four nights there. I read reviews before I went and... More

We have just returned from Seaview where we spent a wonderful week's holiday. We went with our daughter and family and had two Crown Caravans. The vans are a little tired, but it is only used as a base - what can you expect for approx £200. Bedrooms comfy and kitchen fully equipped. The site is superb. Very well kept... More

I stayed here in September 2011 and have just booked again for another short break this time in a chalet Regal+. My first was in a Crown caravan (dog friendly). It was showing its age but reasonable. I had taken my own bedding and am glad I did but otherwise OK. I can overlook the rooms as the rest was... More

We recently visited this site, we booked for a short break with Sun holidays. We wanted to take our dog with us so I rang in advance and paid another £18 to be able to take him. When we arrived the site looked pleasant and had spectacular views over Talland Bay. We had quite a long drive and arrived very... More

We were really sorry to learn that this guest was disappointed with the standard of cleaning in her accommodation. As she mentions, we have already apologised to her when she contacted us by email. We do try to present all our accommodation in a clean and well-maintained manner, whether guests are on full price holiday or bargain 'Sun' breaks and... More
