Had a lovely stay albeit short. Very comfortable bed. Slept very well and lovely looking directly out to sea. A lovely welcome from Tom and Rita and breakfast set me up for the day. Highly recommended.

A very warm and thorough welcome to the Lombard House from Tom, who was very helpful with recommendations. Room was very spacious, clean, and well decorated with a very comfy bed. We had a sea view with our room aswell. Plenty of choice for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble, would recommend.

We booked into the Lombard House at very short notice but were made extremely welcome by the delightful owners. The en suite room was large with every amenity of good quality and a lovely sea view. Breakfast was one of the best we had while away touring Cornwall and Devon. Would definitely stay there again.

Were totally spoilt in this b&b - breakfast was fresh with lots of choice and a lovely fresh fruit salad every day. Spotlessly clean, fabulous bedding and towels, will return, thanks so much, would definately return and highly recommend!

We stayed with Rita and Tom at the lovely B&B in Penzance two weeks ago. We had a spacious room sleeping four for three of us which was £48 per person per night so not cheap but worth it . Super hotel, quiet with parking and really clean with lovely linens and towels, excellent freshly cooked breakfast and hospitable owners. We will certainly stay there again, several guests were "repeaters" and recommend highly.
