Susan and Simon certainly deserve Camilla House's 5* rating. It's perhaps a 10 minute walk from the rail and bus stations, and the directions on the website are very helpful nonetheless. We stayed here for one night after arriving from the Scillys. We stayed four nights. It was our second visit. By far the best B&B in Penzance. No need for a car. Close to train station, taxi was 3 pounds 50. We walked to quay for day trip to Isles of Scilly, walked to bus depot for visits to Falmouth and St Ives. Walked to local retaurants. More

We stayed at The Camilla House in Penzance in August. We were very impressed by every aspect. Owners Simon and Susan made everything about our stay perfect. The room was beautifully appointed, breakfasts were delicious, the location was ideal, great information about restaurants and activities was provided. We will be back! More
