Modern, fresh and clean rooms, great nights sleep and a lovely breakfast. Owners are very helpful. We stayed for two nights with friends for a wedding at Lusty Glaze beach, literally a five minute walk and still close to Newquay town centre. Will definitely use this B&B again.

We were visiting Newquay to attend a friends wedding at lusty glaze beach and decided to make it an overnight stay. After searching various websites (both direct and through booking sites) we stumbled onto Hartson House on booking.com. After reading reviews on trip adviser and double and triple checking the price (which we didn't believe, with the other prices in the area!) we decided to book. And we are glad that we did!! What a lovely place, onsite parking, a short stroll into the centre of Newquay, a warm welcome, stunning rooms, a superb shower and just to top it off a well cooked and tasty breakfast in the morning. Who could ask for more? We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Newquay, the only disappointment was the weather, but Hartson House hardly has any influence over that :-)

We arrived to be greeted by the B&B owner who talked us through how things happen (what time breakfast was and what time we need to be checked out by etc etc) we were then shown to our room which had lovely modern facilities and a lovely clean shower room. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the room and would love to stay there again. Thanks again, George + Erin

I booked Hartson House literally as a last minute overnight stay with my wife. My only regret is I didn't stay longer at this brilliant B&B. The decor throughout was first class with no expense spared on furniture or soft furnishings which were all of the highest quality. I have stayed in some truly splendid hotels world wide but although a B&B the Hartson House is up there with them but what made it stand out for me was the welcome we were given and the way we were looked after by the proprietors Mark and Karen who are rightly proud of their home. Would definitely recommend and Hartson House will be my first choice should I visit Newquay again.

We loved our 10 day stay at the Hartson House B&B at Newquay. the Owners are lovely and the whole place is immaculate and beautiful and Newquay isn't bad ether lol. I would recommend it to all my friends and family and anyone else I hear who want to come and visit Cornwall at anytime and the breakfast is perfect

Very friendly owner, full of information. One of the cleanest places we have been to stay at over the last 6 months and we have stayed at many. Lovely room, really bright. Comfortable bed, furniture and decor beautiful. As for breakfast the best so far. Will definitely be back.

We stayed just one night and I have to say that the B&B is absolutely lovely. Karen was very kind and helpful, and our bedroom was perfect. Everything in the B&B was brand new, very clean and comfortable. Really nice English breakfast, walking distance from the city centre, reasonable price...I will recommend this B&B!
