Had a lovely stay here, managed to find the place with no problems. The car park is situated about a minute away up a steep hill. About a 3 minute walk, not a great inconvenience but someone less mobile might have a problem. One of the owners actually guided me to where it was which was very helpful as the... More

Just back from a long weekend here. Stayed in room 3 which was compact, cosy, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a very warm welcome from our lovely hosts and Benjy. The breakfast was fabulous and the B&B is wonderfully positioned to enjoy the nearby restaurants. The parking is nearby but plenty of space to unload/load before you park... More

Stayed for a night whilst visiting the Eden Project (only a 40 minute drive away). Upon arrival we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The room was lovely, cosy (but you don't need a mammoth room for one evening!) and had everything we needed. It was nice to see packets of hot chocolate with the drinks facilities as I... More

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the old malt house, the room compact but very comfortable and nicely furnished. We were made to feel at home and the huge breakfast was delicious. It was within easy walking distance of Looe and it's delightful restaurants, definitely visit the Smugglers Cott or the Thai restaurant. Next time I visit Looe... More

Room was quite small but owners were very friendly and couldn't have been more helphul. Good breakfast. Short walk to the river front but quite a steep road so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Spent a lovely weekend in Looe a superb place to visit with so many places nearby. The Malt House was an ideal location and Carolyn and Paul were perfect Hosts. A quite Night only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Looe. Breakfast was tasty and room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Definitely to be recommended.

Just returned from a five night stay at the old malt house. Paul and Carolyn were such good host. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and nicely furnished. Little touches such as horlicks, drinking choc, biscuits and herbal tea made a nice addition. The breakfast was really well cooked, and a lot of it. I had to... More
