We stayed in Room 18 for a friends wedding in early September. The hotel was in an ideal location.. 5mins to the main high street and 2 mins to the beach. The staff were really friendly giving us a map on arival and giving reccomendations of places to eat. The room as previously slated by another reviewer was absolutely fine.... More

The hotel is quiet, and lounge, bar, and dining rooms comfortable, clean and tidy. Parking wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good but the service was impersonally efficient. Room 18 was a small double. The shower and toilet were ensuite in a tiny cubicle entered through an unlockable sliding door. The sink was, inconveniently, at the other side of the bedroom... More

Obviously one can see from the following review that these comments are spurious. It is a relief when some guests say they won't be back because in all honesty they wouldn't be welcomed back anyway! More

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very pleased. the service was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and modern, though the bathroom slightly tiny without a lock on the toilet! breakfast was very good with lots of choice. location is aso good as it is 5 minutes walk from the main town and 2 minutes from the... A generally positive review with some nice comments. Unfortunately I am always disappointed when people state what they think the cost of a room should be. Unless they run a similar business in a similar location they can have no idea of the running costs (VAT, utilities, business rates, staff, laundry, etc, etc) that dictate a selling price. I have stayed in... More

Stayed here in June for the weekend and had a lovely time. It is a charming guesthouse and the owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. They made our stay here fantastic and we will definitely be planning our next trip. Lovely setting, comfy rooms, great location delicious breakfast and great service. A Home away from home. The room was very... More

This family run business went out of their way to help me. They bought in food especially for my requirements and were outstandingly helpful and kind. They allowed me to work in the hotel during the day, have visitors, and use their fridge for my food. My stay had to be extended and although they had planned to shut for... More

This B&B is a short walk, up a steep hill from the Falmouth train station. The room was clean and was an adequate size for the 3 of us. The breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to town. The owners were very accomodating in extending our reservartion. More

We wanted to stay on at the Rosemary, but they were full so we opted for this close by. Mind, there's nothing wrong here - good location (as with most of the accommodations that clutter this part of town!), and everything was acceptable, but it was just plain and uninteresting - from the rooms to the breakfast. Our experience was... More

Stayed for a rainy 3 night break in Falmouth. Loved the location of this hotel - easy to find and a nice walk to the town Quay or the local beach. Easy, free Parking on hotel driveway. This is a good old fashioned B&B that's had a bit of sprucing up in the right places - Freeview TV's, Nice dining... More
