Central location - seconds from city centre. However, it is quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise. Apartment has everything I needed for a comfortable stay including car parking. It was warm and cosy and has all the cooking facilities you could need (not that you would need to cook with The Pelican next door!). More

From the moment of engaging with Roslyn to book the rooms, she bent over backwards to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Nothing was too much to ask and she delivered on everything that we needed and then some. The apartment is in a superb location right in the city center, making site seeing by foot possible.... More

Very Good Apartments. stayed in both the cottage and the loft. personally i preferred the loft due to the open plan setting better suiting my preferences but the cottage is also very pleasurable. very close to all shops and restaurants. More

From the moment I spoke to Roslyn I knew we were not going to be disappointed. A lovely lady - friendly and helpful - everything you could wish for in a host. The apartment was ab fab - centrally located in the heart of Chester with the added bonus of a parking space. All the rooms were delightful, clean airy... More

We stayed in the Cottage for 9 nights. A great apartment right in the middle of Chester, couldn't be a better location. The apartment is split over three levels and has been really nicely renovated - all the charm of the heritage building but fresh, clean, comfortable. A lot of thought and effort must have gone into the restoration. Loved... More

The website shows it like it is - giving me high hopes that this would be really something special and we weren't disappointed. From the first, very friendly contact with Roslyn, I knew that this would be good. The instructions for finding the place and getting the key were very easy. The apartment (we stayed in No. 1) was spacious,... More

I recently stayed here with a group of friends and cannot fault anything about it! From the minute we arrived until we left, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome by the owner who helped recommend various bars and restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment over looking The Rows. We could not have... More

Not for the seriously unfit as it is up lots of stairs, but otherwise great location right in the centre, easy to find. Beautifully appointed, very tasteful and well equipped with far more than the basics. But therefore doesn't come cheap! Bigger bath towels would be lovely - but that's nit-picking! More

Close to the Rows, the River Dee, and within a few minutes of many excellent bars and restaurants. Very comfortable, with every facility for a couple or small family. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. More

A all round great apartment. We stayed at the beggining of march for 3 nights. Amazing location over one of chesters main shopping streets(we were in the 2 bed barlows). Very tidy and decorated and fitted out to a very modern and high standard. Great communication and help from the owner Roslyn. Great access and easy pick up and gaining... More
