Great B and B. Within walking distance of City; we had a comfortable, very clean room with good facilities. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast. Discovered Hoole as alternative to eating in City....a small community close to B and B. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff ,the breakfast is excellent ,freshly cooked and pipeing hot,and pot of tea with to go with it, the room was clean, warm and very comfortable.
