Last minute booking. Food was wonderful with a good wine and attentive service. If the tables just had a linen table cloth it would be almost perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely return with friends.

Lovely welcome from friendly and helpful staff always heralds a good stay. Our room was very pleasant with a fabulously comfortable bed and a shower you'd like to stay in all day! Came here recently after an absence of a couple of years and it has improved tremendously. Lovely interior; delicious, superbly presented food and excellent service. Two, very minor, gripes would be that it would be nice to see a few more real ales on tap and a bit more choice on the menu Nevertheless, heartily reccomended!

We had a fantastic meal with very attentive service throughout the evening, couldn't fault anything. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and all served quickly and efficiently with smiles, We would highly recommend The Crown and Punchbowl for a weekend away.

This is an excellent restaurant with great food off a varied and interesting menu and service to match. The real ale from Shepherd's Neame was well kept, and the wine list had plenty of choice. We did not use the accommodation but I should imagine the rooms are to the same high standard.

Use this hotel / restaurant whenever I am on business or working in Cambridge, great staff good food free parking and WiFi Good base would recommend it to anyone business or pleasure Location close to railway station handy as parking in Cambridge is costly, also good walking location nice way to relax after a busy day

Been here twice now and both times belueve it to be the best meal out we have had. Service was excellent and the steak is highly recommended..A little expensive but worth it. Will definitely be going back and recommending to our friends.

Thanks to every one at the Crown and Punchbowl - it was our first time there and I must say both the food and service there was exemplary for our family meal -it was for a special birthday treat 10/10 - we'll be back!!
