Good location. Easily accessible to city centre. Many choices for dinning. Grafton is good place to buy budgeted clothings and daily supplies. The palce is quiet and safe. Good for family as my girls spent most of their time on studies. Additional study desks if provided would be perfect. More

The standard of the accommodation is very high. The living space is large, light and attractive. The bathroom has a walk-in shower which was excellent for us (seniors!!).
