Reservation made by phone. Efficient, polite and friendly. We were offered smoking or non smoking rooms and advised there were only twin rooms available for non smoking. I would advise anyone who is particularly fussy about this to give the hotel a quick ring, even if you've booked on-line. Not all on-line or central booking systems deal with all requests.... More
