We stayed here the night before our flight from Bristol airport. Absolutely no problems or hiccups, a really easy way to stay close to Bristol airport with the park and stay package. Stayed one night before a flight. Hotel is fine overall, comfortable modern, clean room. Restaurant looks fine but staff are not well trained and this lets it down eg don't know who in the room ordered what so end up checking with everone! Food was OK, it was just the service. more
