We checked into this hotel late in the evening with 3 children. The lobby lulls you into a false sense of security by looking upmarket but as soon as you get to the bedroom level the carpets are worn out, the doors and walls are chipped and on entering the room the only word that springs to mind is tired.... more

Walking distance from Bristol city centre. Also very close to Bristol Temple Meads station. Nice lounge and breakfasting facilities. The room was spacious and clean. TV reception was terrible! I recently stayed at the Novotel and found the staff to be the main reason to rec ommend this hotel. Similar to other Novotel hotels the staff are quite friendly and helpful. From booking through to leaving this Hotel was superb. Parking bay at front for dropping bags, overnight parking at back of hotel. Room excellent, clean and large.
