My fiancee and I stayed here for a birthday treat, and had a lovely time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even down to changing a note for us so we could get the bus when we went out sightseeing. The room was beautifully decorated (although a little dimly lit) and the bathroom was luxurious, with monsoon shower and...

The hotel is in an old building, but the rooms are up to date. My room was very large, and even the bathroom was pretty spacious -- a large tub, and an even larger shower with a huge shower head. The room was quiet (mine was near the back of the hotel, so maybe those closer to the street are...

The Hotel du Vin is located in a lovely building in the centre of Bristol which is convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are lovely though very dimly lit. So romantic but impractical! Breakfast was super and the service was generally friendly and good.

We arrived in Bristol without a reservation on Wednesday 4th Jan 2012. We visited both The Bristol Hotel and the Radisson Blu, but neither were welcoming or helpful in response to our enquiries. The hotel itself is characterful and the rooms are very nice, especially the suites. The...

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the hotel. Nice comfortable room in the eaves and a fantastic bathroom. The Bistro provided a lovely meal as ever and breakfast was very good. My only observation/criticism was the lack of pillow menu. A hotel of this standard should offer a range of pillows to suit individual customers. Apart from that, all...

What a great place to stay! Super high quality establishment with polite, helpful staff - this all made for a relaxing overnight stay in the centre of Bristol.
The room was really good, if slightly odd in proportion with the bathroom almost as big as the sleeping area.
The sleeping area had high quality furnishings and modern decor in an...
