I have stayed in lots of travel lodges, but this is possibly One of the worst. The room was as my husband described 'a cell', small square and the most basic I have seen. Carpet was covered in dirty marks and the walls had numerous marks on it. As it was just one night and my husband had arrived and... More

We stayed here overnight as we were attending Grillstock. Usually you can't go far wrong with a Travelodge - cheap, convenient with all the basics you need - NOT THIS ONE! We only wanted somewhere to crash after a night on the town - but I still expect cleanliness. Our bedding had a huge red stain on it, I think... More

Booked this as confident because it was a travel lodeg that we would have no problems. Please don't rely upon the name/branding of a place. Dont expect to get a place in the car park straight away!! we had to to wait until late afternoon before we could get a space. Myself, husband and 1 yr old daughter stayed here for 2... More

first stay in this filthy flea pit of a Travelodge was awful. Dirty, mouldy and dangerous. I was booked in again this year and was really worried but the room was good. Clean ...... in fact sparkling. Clean bedding, safe electrics, clean bathroom and no mould, could have been due to making a complaint on my last stay and letting... More

we paid £170 for 2 nights stay here, at the time of booking we thought it was quite pricey for a travel lodge but thought it might be better than the average. the carpark is small with very small spaces, and there was broken glass on the floor where cars had had a window smashed, not a great first impression,... Stayed for one night, car park is dark and dingy underground, the actual travelodge isn't that bad, bit dated and rooms are very basic and small, had a room facing the A4 on the 1st floor but wasn't too noisy. My room wasn't dirty. Would pay £47 again if it was just for one night.

We cruised around the hotels in Bristol looking for a good deal near the @t Bristol science exhibition. I was in the mood to spend a little more than just Travelodge prices but failed (perhaps I am tight) as the gap seemed ridiculous. It wasnt just the prices but the attitude of the staff on the front desk who, in... More

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and have used Travelodge before with no problems. I will not be using this hotel again. The room itself was dirty with broken window that would not move, damaged bedside table, mold on the back of the curtains which were threadbare and stains on the walls and lamp shades. The carpet was so... More

I booked 2 rooms on a 'pay in advance basis' before reading the trip advisor reviews. Dreaded staying by all the bad reviews. Arrived before lunch but was unable to check in our rooms - reception floor had just been washed and there was a smell of sick! Not a good start! Asked to be put in quiet rooms -... More
