The Bowl Inn is a Very old traditional pub with bags of atmosphere. There is an imaginative menu although the actual food is no more than good. We visit the bowl inn regularly and highly recommend it. The whole experience is always first class. The food is cooked fresh and sometimes you may wait a little but for fresh not microwaved food what do you expect? The staff always look after us well. We love going to The Bowl with both friends and family

Very pleasant small pub / inn accomodation in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Olde worlde beams in bar / restaurant and room. Room only had a shower but for a couple of nights that was fine.

We visited the Bowl Inn in April and had such a nice meal we came back for our sons' birthday. All of our meals were delicious and beautifully cooked at a fair reasonable price. The service was excellent and we were served by a very friendly knowledgeable waitress. Thank you for such a lovely evening.
