Standard Premier Inn hotel, that is to say, in general, acceptable Room was Clean and warm, as was Bathroom Breakfast was(as is always my experience) more than acceptable and a welcome variety of fare on offer Two Minor complaints(1) Parking is tricky (had to pay NCP Prices =£20.00 from 1900hrs to 0815!!) Hotel does offer discounted parking but this was... More

Nothing better than being able to go a room and being able to watch TV whilst leisurely letting your daily allowance of waste fall out of your bum. Especially after the amazing meals being served in the Beef eater restaurant. Boy do they helps keep me so regular as well. The only problem with it is you have to keep... More

We only stayed here for two nights but it was a good trip with no problems or issues at all. The room was comfortable and clean. Air con was quiet. Would have liked to be able to open window but apart from that absolutely no grumbles. We ate breakfast at the Beefeater and in the main the food was of... More

Excellent location for shopping in Bristol. Poor parking facilities and the cooked breakfast was not warm. However the Beefeater was a great place to eat, good selection of food at a fair price. The staff were excellent, friendly both in the hotel as well as the restuarant. More

Stayed here midweek. It was clean, the room was very spacious. The only fault I could find was the noise from the aircon (which I'd switched off) vent which woke me a few times. Would have been better if the windows opened but in a central venue people would then complain about the traffic noise. All in all comfortable and... More

Have worked and stayed in 5star hotels throughout my life and did not know what to expect and had not been to Bristol centre before. Yes outside of hotel does not prepare you for inside.Must have... Have just returned from an overnight stay at this hotel, it was a very mixed experience. Good: it was right in front of the bus station therefore very accessible from the airport ( 6 pounds single). it is well located close to cabot circus etc. Female staff are very helpful. Bad: We paid 64 pounds for the room one night... More

Stayed for a couple of nights recently and, as expected, received all the advantages of staying at the Premier Inn... Convenience, cleanliness and courtesy. Quiet, undisturbed sleep within a secure environment. Food in restaurant was good and well priced. The hotel is handy to shops, bars and restaurants .. But the best thing about staying here is the staff. They... More

This isn't just about this hotel this is about all premier inns. This is the best chain of hotels you will find, here are the reasons; the staff are really helpful and will try and assist you in anyway they can, the food is really good and it is all nice quality, but my favourite by far is the rooms...
