“All ok except for one abrupt member of staff”

Had a great stay at this hotel and the staff were all very pleasant except for one. I think she was from Eastern Europe, I think she was called Justina or something. Anyway, she was a bit abrupt, not really great for your customers and I pity your poor staff that have work with her.

“Site Seeing”

Excellent location 100m from main shopping area, 10 min walk to docks area, lots to see, NCP car park directly below hotel, Buffet breakfast was excellent. easy access to hotel off M5/M4/M32. tea & coffee making facilities in room.

“Overnight Stay”

This is a very good hotel in a fantastic location. My room was on the 6th floor and was excellent. The room and bathroom was very modern with a lovely walk in shower. Don't be put off by the exterior!

“Great modern city centre hotel”

We found this hotel great for a quick city break. The location is very central and the interior is lovely and clean and modern. The rooms are great with a comfortable be and massive walk in rain shower. All in all I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay the again should I need to revisit Bristol.
