This is a great Hotel indeed. I only stayed there from 2 days but I must admit it was as confortable as if I would be home. The last hotel I stayed in did not have Spa, so this was very much welcome. No problem with parking at all and it felt very safe place to leave a car, which... More

My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions and we have thoroughly enjoyed each experience. However on the third occasion (1st June 2013), my boyfriend had booked a dinner reservation for us both which included a three course meal and a coffee. Please note: it does not include a drink. My boyfriend had booked our dinner... More

Stayed for a long weekend at the end of April to attend R.N.reunion.Friday night was a little hectic as it coincided with other large group bookings such as cricket & football teams.Restaurant did not appear big enough but the staff coped well & we all had a seat eventually. Accomodation was first class & room set aside for Saturday banquet... More

Yet another Rotary Presidents Night that went very well, lovely meal & well organised service by the young waiters & waitresses, we could see they were very well trained, well done. Bar staff were very pleasant but found the drink prices a little high compared with other local hotels, We never stayed the night this time but have in the... More

Your comments relating to the team are much appreciated and I will certainly pass them on. With reference to our bar prices, we benchmark our drink prices regularly against other local hotels and believe we are certainly competitive and in some cases cheaper. Your comments are however taken on board. We hope to welcome you back to the Aztec soon.... More

Properly one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered in a long time. After waiting 5 minutes for the car park entrance to work we had to wait a further 5 minutes for the receptionist to make an appearance. She was not the least a bit welcome, in fact I found her quite rude, even my partner mentioned she... More

Our wedding took place at the Aztec hotel on May 12th this year, we would both like to say that everyone at the hotel was brilliant, Alec was lovely he helped our day run along very smoothly, he visited our room a couple of times during the morning just to see if we needed anything, and again to take myself... I stayed at the Aztec on several occasions on business. It's a well run, smart hotel with excellent facilities. Be aware that the leisure facilities are used by non residents so it was always very busy in the pool, even in the early morning. Being on a busy roundabout, I was concerned about noise levels but the rooms are very... More

My Husband and I recently stayed at this hotel just north of Bristol as we were spending two days at Badminton Horse trials. Being close to the M5/M4 junction we expected a motel style operation. We were very pleasantly surprised to find our room was comfortable, spacious with a large seating area and well equipped with everything including bath robes,... More
