We enjoyed our weekend, our room was comfortable and over looking the harbour. There is a reasonably priced dining room which is also used by the local community. We did local sight seeing and visited the goat cheese factory and cider. The weather was beautiful and we spent time on the beach at Sandbanks, as nice as a tropical beach. More

Rooms were dated, but overall a very comfortable stay. The breakfast in the restaurant was great- filled with local people from the island. More

I think it was a bit over priced for essentially a motel... that said our room & bathroom were clean, the views were nice, we slept alright both nights, and breakfast was good. We also really enjoyed the areas wineries, despite the torrential weather we had. I'd recommend Norman Hardie Wines ($$-$$$) for some really distinct chardonnay and, Sandbanks ($-$$)... More

It was a nice place to stay....they will only accomadate you if you plan on staying for 2 nights. More

By chance we arrived in Picton and found a room at the Inn. Our room overlooked the harbour. Was incredibly quiet, clean room and I had not expected such a comfortable bed in an older establishment. The breakfast and the staff were excellent. We plan on going to Picton again and would definately stay here. More
