Very reasonable rates, accomodating staff, clean room. Kids loved the pool, restaurant staff were attentive to the kiddies, giving them things to occupy them while awaiting meal. Unfortunately for the Rodd, this place was underbooked when we stayed there in July. (We had 3 rooms).

This resort had everything I was looking for. I enjoyed a clean room and the friendly staff. I golf at the Mill River Golf course onsite and it was in great condition-a real treat. The Restaurant food was average and the room needed a little updating, but overall I would recommend this locations to anyone I know.

What keeps the Rodd Mill River Resort from being "average" (or "poor")? Certainly it is the onsite golf course, which in my own opinion is one of the best in the Atlantic Provinces.
