We were expecting a motel but instead found this hotel to be surprisingly upmarket. The room was big, light and airy and was very quiet. This was an awful stay. I chose this based on Tripadvisor recommendations, but my friend and I were sadly disappointed. How can a place not have toilet paper? There was no soap either! The Clearwater Lodge is a solid and well maintained hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. There is ample parking. The room I stayed in was very clean and very roomy. Not cramped. This hotel is very nice with quality. I will be back. more

It was a nice hotel with good beds and roomy interior. The room was clean and well appointed. The balcony was pretty neat and there was a mini kitchen area. On our two week tour of the area this was our least favourite stay. The hotel was rather like a motel and although it had a restaurant and a pool it felt as though it lacked facilities.
