Stayed with family while we were in the area for an event. We had four rooms, including one family suite with a separate bedroom. The family suites are in a separate building but are close to the motel rooms. The rooms were clean but very dated and it was the first actual key I've had for a hotel room in... More

We have been travelling throughout the USA and Canada for 6 weeks and this Motel has the best beds we've slept in since we've been here. We've been staying at a range of hotels , motels and B & Bs from 5-star to 2-star and the beds in this one can't be beat. Clean rooms, nice staff. All good. Highly... More

Stayed overnight with family without a reservation. Motel outdoor signage advertised HS Internet. If this meant high speed, it was not true in this case It barely worked. Room was clean, AC noisy but at least it worked. Noce chairs outdoors. Okay for one night.

Old, basic, simple room but clean. Just OK if you're passing by for one night.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip as Head-Smashed in Buffalo Leap was the last place we were visiting. Rooms are fairly basic and a little dated, but well provided with a kitchenette including necessary utensils and crockery. The air con was a little noisy but we switched it off before we went to sleep. The fridge... More

Stayed at the Red Coat Inn, was impressed with the man working, my husband and I were on our motorbikes, he gave us towels to wipe down our bikes in the morning. Room was simple and clean.

The Good: The motel was comfortable with a nice kitchenette for a reasonable price. Did not smell like an older motel, although that is what it is. The Bad: Internet service was intermittant at best. The pool was small, but nice (cold), but the spa was empty and obviously had been for some time. Finally, the tub was extremely slippery.... More

Rooms very tired , not dirty but very basic. I've stayed in much better for the same price. I really think this was the best of the bunch. So my honest advice is stay in a different town!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Coat Inn. Had a little trouble understanding the man at the desk, but he was friendly enough. The rooms were clean, we were able to use the internet, and it was pretty quiet. Not plush, but very comfortable. Didn't even look at the pool or any other amenities, so can't comment on... More

We chose this place because its website promised a pool, unlike the others in town. But when I got up for an 8am dip, I was indifferently told that it was closed in the mornings. "But you've got this nice picture of a pool on your website!" I said. "It's closed for cleaning until 2pm!" said the manager. "But you... More
