We stayed for three completely enjoyable days at the Boscawen Inn. The view from the breakfast room gives a bird's eye view of the bay and you can see ships as you enjoy a nicely prepared breakfast. Lots of choice, good coffee and friendly helpful staff. Loved the antiques as well. More

My husband and I recently stayed at this privately owned Boscawen Inn for three nights and it was the highlight of our two-week holiday in Nova Scotia. It is a beautiful old house but modern in its comfort, with antiques, books and splendid views over the harbour. The owners Linda and Johnny Power were extremely hospitable and helpful. We can... Hospitable B & B with classic architecture and comfortable rooms. The best part is the view, especially at breakfast from the outside porch, overlooking the harbor and the pretty town of Lunenburg. More

What a find! A fabulous inn overlooking the waterfront. The rooms were impecably decorated, the parlours so inviting. Linda and Johnny the perfect innkeepers. Sweet and Saucy producing the best breakfasts in the dining room with a view of the harbour. Can't wait to come back. A complete package, no questions asked!! More

We could not have been more delighted with our stay! The decor was beautiful and we felt very welcome. Our favorite features were the jacuzzi tub, the view of the harbor from our 2nd story window, the comfortable bed and the scrabble board in the downstairs parlor which we didn't play with but will on our next visit. The location... More

Charming old house. Unfortunately furnished with garage sale furniture and decor. Honestly reminded me of my first apartment while at university. Advertized wifi but that was only available in the main house, not the one we were in. There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, cups etc. Which worked out because the machine didn't work anyway.... More

The hosts of this excellent first rate inn couldn't have been more inviting and helpful. The inn itself is so appealing and beyond comparison. The breakfast was unequaled and first-class. Thank you, Linda and Johnny for such an excellent experience/ More

My family stayed in this historic inn while visiting Lunenburg. The accommodations were exquisitely decorated with antiques and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location was central to the main street and habour and overlooked a lovley park with a band stand. We were there during the folk festival and we could enjoy the music from our room. The... More
