Booked four nights at the end of December. Had a major power failure due to a storm while we were there which meant no heat and no electricity in the middle of winter. After more than 8 hours without power spoke with the staff at the front desk who were unable to tell me when the power would be restored.... More

I would definately recommend this as a great option to stay at while skiing at Mt Ste Anne. Its one of only 2 accomodations that are directly in front of the mountain. We went to a confrence at CHÂTEAU MONT-SAINTE-ANNE and were sure we booked that hotel, however upon our arrival we were told there was no reservation there for us and we must have booked next door so thinking it was our own fault we didn't complain but later talked to 6 other couples that had the same expiearance. We had a great time in our one bedroom condo right on the mountain, next door to Chateau Mt. St. Anne. The only problem we had was that there was no pool or hot tub. We had a full kitchen and fireplace. Everything was brand new and clean, very cozy and romantic, great for families, close to everything. More
