Excellent service, large rooms Nice pool with very good view on the Lake and very good restaurant although some of the staff members seems uncomfortable with our young kids. the valet parking guys were helpful and seemed to enjoy their job and living around the casino. We Will go back!

As usual, Hilton never fail to amaze their customer. We got the great view of the lake leam even if we are on the 2nd flr. Room was big, clean, big bed, big bathrooms, big LCD TV, complete amenities, great decoration on lobby. Food was also very good.

We stayed here 3 nights. Hotel is beautiful..wonderful indoor and outdoor heated pools with 2 outdoor hottubs and 1 indoor hottub..sauna and steam room. Got it for $200 per night. Hotel and conference centre were very nice and staff was very good for banquets. Hotel is located a little ways from downtown Ottawa so not easy to walk to different locations. And the plug in our bath tub didn't work so no enjoying it although it looked amazing. Loved all the pools though.
