The hotel was clean, quiet and nice view. The view was really nice, we could see parliament building and Ottawa downton. The bed was comfy. Staff members were friendly and polite but nobody was at the counter. We needed to look around to ask for help/questions but they were ready to help with smile. More

This is an ok hotel located just down the road from the Museum of Civilization and just over the bridge from downtown Ottawa. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
