It's kinda dated, but it's really clean, the wifi works great, the staff is nice, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Nice hotel, I'd stay here again. Plenty of free parking.

My best friend invited me to celebrate her mother's birthday at the Casino and we decided to book the Comfort Inn in Gatineau. They could not find our reservations and decided to book us in the Suite which was incredible!! two stories..fully loaded and at no extra price...fabulous birthday present!
We enjoy staying at this hotel as we can keep...

As way of a disclaimer, my reservation here was made the same day I checked in. As Comfort Inns can be somewhat chancy, depending on where you are, I asked the desk clerk for the best non-smoking room they had for my three-night sojourn. He offered their 'executive' room at a 25-30 dollar premium, telling me he had only one...

I tried calling the hotel to block of rooms for our wedding guests. The woman I spoke to was rude, not helpful, and seemed to have more important things to do than talk to me on the phone.
