It's a comfort inn like all the others but the service is great, always feel welcome. Free parking, free continental breakfast. Walking distance of many restaurants and a shopping mall. They recently added a little breakfast room so you don't have to eat alone in your room anymore.

Nothing exceptional about this hotel, but we slept well and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast area is quite confusing and the variety of food was poor. We had a problem with the microwave, but it was immediately taken care of to our satisfaction. Basic but ok for the occasion.

This has been the one and only hotel not able to accept our two (Italian) credit cards. There is nothing really good or bad about this Comfort nn. But the room we had was slightly smaller than the regular Comfort Inn, and it did not have fridge or microwave oven as the other Comfort Inn.

It's kinda dated, but it's really clean, the wifi works great, the staff is nice, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Nice hotel, I'd stay here again. Plenty of free parking.

My best friend invited me to celebrate her mother's birthday at the Casino and we decided to book the Comfort Inn in Gatineau. As way of a disclaimer, my reservation here was made the same day I checked in. As Comfort Inns can be somewhat chancy, depending on where you are, I asked the desk clerk for the best non-smoking room they had for my three-night sojourn. I tried calling the hotel to block of rooms for our wedding guests. The woman I spoke to was rude, not helpful, and seemed to have more important things to do than talk to me on the phone.
