This is a hostel above a pub, so expect bands and music playing late on the weekends, which suits me just fine. Walk down stairs from our room to the bar, enjoy the drinks and atmosphere and stumble upstairs later on.

Many things have changed since 2007 and customers now find the place a very easy going, clean and great value for money.
On a band night or on a Friday with spinning DJs below the hostel will be noisy and is not suited on those nights to customers more used to HI type hostels.
