Fast check-in, clean rooms, flat screen TV, coffee maker, fireplace (electric not gas). Took shuttle to Casino to see concert. When taking shuttle arrive early, coming and going to Casino, timing is approximate and space is limited. Shuttle is FREE. Really nice hot tub, and an infreded sauna (large windows in this room).

Superb hotel. We were staying in the area in order to take in a show at Casino-Rama and this was a great base. Ticked all the boxes. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the service and shuttle to the Casino was excellent.

We had no idea where to stay when we went to the casino, so booked the best western with the jiccuzi... we were pleasantly surpised by the decore and features offered... We had booked a small suite with hot tub and fireplace and were not disappointed with the room. Very comfortable bed, large TV with lots of channels. Staff were helpfull. Look forward to staying here again.

I found the room a little pricey at $178 for a Best Western, but it is the high season for this area. Check-in was very fast and friendly; room was clean and dry. I don't really care for the soap/shampoo/conditioner...

Recently stayed here on the night of our wedding. The room was huge, very clean and decorated well. The bathroom was also nice and well equipped. The price however was a bit much, especially for Orillia. If you want guaranteed great rooms with good service and cleanliness the Couchiching Inn is a good bet.
