My wife and I recently stayed at the ganroc hotel in gan in an attempt to save a little money and have a good time. Upon our booking, we were very satisfied that we had booked a place with a 7.9 score out of 10 fo such a low price. After all, we were a little late for a suite... More

Sorry that you feel the way you do but there were options given to you and explained that it was not in our hands and the property did try to reach you at the same time the reservation was made to let you know that we are having problems with the room you have booked with us and cannot promise... More

We had called the day before asking how much rooms were and he told us $79, then the next day when we get there he tells us $99 and made up some lie about all the $79 ones being booked...even though it was not busy at all. So we threatened to go stay somewhere else and he brought the price... More

Not the easiest place to check into and it was not clear who was taking the details as a whole family seemed to appear The room was clean and a standard room for $83 including tax so we were not expecting anything amazing More
