Clean, comfortable, private, and lovely with a private bathroom and shower. Downstairs a nice room for merely hanging out and relaxing; even a piano. Excellent generous breakfast-the best we had while in Cornwall-that included coffee, tea, freshly baked bread, homemade jams, honey, croissants, fresh boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a delicious ham that was the first not too salty... More

My husband and I took some Canadian family to Boskednan Farm to explore the area, they were completely blown away with this pretty farmhouse with incredible views over the countryside with the sea and St Michaels Mount in the distance. We had the place to ourselves as we filled all three rooms so it was like staying in self catering... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in July and had a great time, it was very plesant accomodation and the breakfast is excellent as it is laid out for you so you can go down when you fancy. On the 2nd night it was a bit odd when another couple stayed, as there are no locks on... More

We stayed in the room with the king-size four-poster bed. It is easily the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room is quite small, but there is adequate room or 2 and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. There is freeview in the communal living room and free WiFi throughout the house.
