Nice hotel, poor service at check-in. Had drinks at the bar and had to listen to the bartender run down all the rest of the staff. Service in general all over is terrible. Why would Hilton Hotels tolerate this? I wish I had read the reviews prior to staying. More

Needs new management and staff. Front end service is brutal, takes forever to check-in, stayed there a few times, nothing ever changes.
