Unfortunately Westjet booked me into this place when flight cancelled but I would have been better off sleeping in the airport. I arrived and was given a non-smoking room on the second floor which smelled like an ashtray, with no elevator and no offer from the desk staff to help carry bags in. When I asked about a key for... I was very disappointed with this hotel. Though the lady at the reception tried to be helpful, there wasn't much she could do as she seemed to be the only one on duty. Wifi is a prerequisite for me when I select a hotel - when I booked this hotel, it said it had a wifi but after I checking... More

We recently stayed at this hotel and the holiday inn express also. Although the breakfast buffet was sparse the pricing, staff friendliness and the room size and decor was far superior. It is obvious they have spend a lot of money upgrading the interior. A plus also was not constantly hearing the train coming thru are room and for 40.... More

We were planning to take a trip, and leave our car at the hotel for a week. They did not tell us on the phone that parking was available on first come first serve basis. When I went on to the website where they told me that it stated the comment, I could not find a first come first serve... More

When I made my reservation I specifically asked if there were gym facilities at this hotel and i was told yes. The next day I went and found out that there were gym facilities but that had been under renovations. When I checked in the front desk clerk (whom i suspect was the one that i made my reservation with)... More

We arrived at the hotel mid-afternoon, and after dealing with a less than delightful front desk clerk, we got a room on the 2nd floor. Upon bringing our kids and everyone's luggage in, I asked the front desk for the location of the elevator, and I was curtly informed that while they have an elevator in the back, it's not... More

I guess there's so many people passing through the area they just don't care. Went and found another hotel a few days in. Rooms suck, service sucks. The restaurant is a joke with absolutely horrible service and greasy disgusting food. More

Stayed evening prior and upon return to/from Mexico. Departure - was told when making reservation that parking at hotel was available during our trip. Upon arrival this was not the case, forcing us into paid parking accros the street. Had also reserved a non-smoking room and were booked into a smoking room. Changed easily enough, but staff were rather rude.... More

This has got to be the worst hotel i have ever experienced! First off, it was wayyy to overpriced. Pay $120 for a very basic room. (its low season... rates should be reduced!) had CAA advertised, and when we asked about it... they said we need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior. The receiptionist was so unfriendly, and... My husband stayed at this hotel for approx 2 1/2 weeks because he was working in the area. When he phoned to tell me about the condition of the hotel I thought he was exaggerating. I was able to spend the weekend there and I was floored by the dirtiness of the hotel. When I arrived I could see the... More
